Jim & Melissa Kautz, Jr. Senior Pastors Pastor Jim comes from a great heritage of ministers in the Assemblies of God Fellowship. Growing up in a pastor’s home, Jim learned at a young age the different aspects of ministry. Jim has spent many years leading in various types of ministries including Youth, Royal Rangers, and College/Career Life Groups. While spending many years as a paramedic God took Jim’s compassion and heart for the lost and hurting and molded it into a great zeal for pastoral ministry. Pastor Jim’s heart is to reach all generations through fulfilling the Great Commission." Pastor Melissa, gifted in many areas of ministry, serves as the Women of Excellence leader for TC First. Her dedication to seeing the lives of women changed through the power of Jesus is what the modern church, today is in need of. Melissa has a heart to see women of all ages come together and serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jim and Melissa have a daughter named Kayden. Their hobbies are enjoying the great outdoors, traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

James & Deann Saxton, Youth Pastors Pastor James was called into the youth ministry at youth camp when he was 17 yrs old. He is the first minister in his family, and since his calling, he has been driven to reach young people for Jesus Christ. He believes in having fun with the students, but the most important thing is giving them the tools needed to maintain a personal relationship with Christ after the fun and games are gone. Deann is the early childhood director, and is doing great things to make this ministry a safe fun place for parents to leave their kids during service. She is a great asset, by working along side her husband helping to reaching the youth of Texas City. James and Deann have a one year old son named Brett; together as a family they look forward to impacting the community around them.

Jason  & Melinda Brown, Children's PastorsPastor Jason has worked in Children’s Ministry for about 8 years. He attended Bible college where he studied and earned his degree in Children and Family Ministries. His goal is to help the young children of Texas City and surrounding communities learn about God’s will for their lives and His love for each of them. There are many times in the Bible where young children are highlighted and seen as important so Pastor Jason wants the children to know that they do matter to God regardless of their age.  Melinda uses her gifts in a variety of areas within the church. She helps Pastor Jason with Kid’s Zone on Sundays and Wacky Wednesdays on Wednesday nights as well as also playing keyboard for Sunday worship. Her heart is for music and to glorify God with her servant’s heart. Pastor Jason and Melinda recently got married and enjoy working with the various ages of young people that come to the church.
